Install or approval failed
Return to the site-specific Webflow App install flow. Approve the three disclosed scope groups. If you deny approval, Rover leaves the site unchanged.
Webflow support
Get Rover back to healthy.
Most issues can be recovered safely from the Designer Extension without touching custom code manually.
Reconnect required
Open Rover AI in the Designer and choose Reconnect Webflow. Finish OAuth for the same site and installer account.
Publish failed
Wait at least one minute after the prior Webflow publish, then retry. Rover uses an idempotency key and merges around unrelated custom code.
Rover does not appear
Confirm the site has been published to the domain you are testing, disable aggressive script blocking for the test, and check the Extension live-health state.
Remove Rover
Choose Remove Rover in the Extension. This removes only Rover-managed script IDs, publishes the cleanup, stops paid-plan renewal at period end, revokes OAuth, and erases the encrypted token.
Billing
Free requires no card. Paid checkout shows the selected plan and cadence before Stripe confirmation. App Subscriptions permission is not used.
