WHAT SUMO-LINGS RUN FIRST

Each walkthrough shows the setup, the prompt, and the result, so you can start from a working pattern instead of a blank page.
One credit represents one cent of underlying AI, browser, proxy, or data cost. Your activation credits and first monthly refill arrive when the license is activated. Runs spend activation credits first, then the current monthly bucket, followed by any separate platform credits on the account.
02What does a real job cost in credits?
Enriching 100 leads costs 25 credits at 0.25 credits per matched record, well inside even the Tier 1 monthly refill of 250. A browser extension run is usually 0.5 to 5 credits because your machine does the browsing. A Cloud run lands between 10 and 50 credits since it adds hosted browser time at about 60 credits per browser-hour and proxy traffic at about 500 credits per GB. Enrichment misses are free.
03Do monthly credits roll over?
No. The monthly bucket resets on its billing cycle and unused monthly credits do not carry into the next cycle. Activation credits are a separate one-time grant. Your live total and next reset are shown in the Cloud dashboard.
04Can I bring my own model?
Yes. You can connect the model or provider you already use so its inference does not draw rtrvr model credits. Bringing your own model for Rover unlocks at Tier 2.
05Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
AppSumo manages deal changes. Use Enhance tier in your AppSumo account while the deal is live. Buying two separate Tier 1 licenses does not combine them into Tier 2.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
06Can my team share one license? (Workspaces)
Yes, through Workspaces. Tier 3 includes 1 seat, Tier 4 includes 3, and Tier 5 includes 10 (the owner counts as a seat). Admins invite teammates by email, everyone signs in separately, all runs draw from the shared credit pool, and the admin can cap credits per person and see per-person usage. Additional seats beyond your tier are $9.99 per month each via subscription.
07What is included in the lifetime deal?
Every tier includes the browser extension, Cloud browsers, lead enrichment, scheduled runs, the Cloud API, hosted MCP, remote triggers, and the Rover website agent. Tiers change your credit amounts, Rover site limit, and a small set of advanced controls.
08Do I need a website to use the deal?
No. The extension and Cloud work on their own. Rover is the part that runs on your product, and the website count in each tier only controls how many sites can use Rover.
09Do I need to know how to code?
No. Describe the outcome you want in plain English and rtrvr plans and runs the job. The API and MCP server are there for teams that want to wire it into other tools, not a requirement.
10Can I run several Chrome profiles at once?
Yes. Multiple profiles can run at the same time on one machine, and each one can be started from the Cloud dashboard.
11Can the MCP server run while my computer is off?
Yes. The hosted MCP server reaches both your browser extension installs and the Cloud browsers, so a Claude Code routine can start a Cloud run with your laptop closed. Sync cookies from the extension first and those browsers come up already signed in.
12Does it work outside Chrome?
Any Chromium browser works, including Chrome, Edge, Arc, Comet, and Dia, plus Firefox.
SAFETY AND DATA
13Is my LinkedIn account safe?
We have been running LinkedIn automation for over a year without a detection or a ban. Runs happen inside your regular local browsing session, one tab at a time, without the commonly flagged automation permissions. It behaves like you browsing in an AI browser. Stay within LinkedIn's own rate limits and you are operating the way a person would.
14How do I automate signed-in sites in Cloud?
The extension settings include a cookie sync option. Turn it on and Cloud browsers will already be signed in to the sites you choose when they spin up.
15Do you store the data I scrape?
Extracted data is written to your own Google Sheet. We cannot read your Sheets unless you explicitly grant access to a specific one.
16Where does enrichment data come from?
A mix of web search and licensed dataset providers covering LinkedIn, Zillow, and Indeed. Search by title and geography, say senior directors in Spain, and get back the profile, a verified email, and a bio. Enrichment runs against the datasets directly, so it never opens LinkedIn tabs in your browser.

17How do I redeem my code?
Buy on AppSumo, click through to rtrvr, and sign in with Google or an email magic link. Your tier's credits land on the account you sign in with. You can redeem again any time from your AppSumo account page.
18I already bought the deal. Where do I activate it?
Open the activation page, sign in to the rtrvr account you want to keep, and connect the AppSumo purchase. The browser extension, Cloud, and Rover will then read the same AppSumo entitlement.
19The sign-in email never arrived.
Check your spam folder first, since the magic link lands there occasionally. If it still does not arrive, email support@rtrvr.ai and we will sort it out.
20Which account gets the credits?
Whichever email you sign in with during activation. If you activated on the wrong account, email support and we will move the license.
